Install went OK but the installer still hasn't provided a certificate 4 weeks after install and I'm being pursued for independent inspection costs!

Very efficient process to buy and install. Arrived when they should and all work was very neat. Even though I don't use the Zappi to its full potential, it is obviously a quality piece of kit. Glad I paid the extra.

Excellent communication, arrived on time exactly as agreed. Installation was very neat and tidy and I'm absolutely over the moon with how they kept the install to the most cost-effective route possible. Thanks everyone for your advice, help and for saving me having to open the garage every time I wanted to charge my car up. And to put Ian's mind at rest, you didn't kill the frog it was already deceased before you arrived!!!
