Completed a RICS home buyers report for a property purchase. Appointment was booked in quickly and the report was full of information. Surveyor called me that afternoon to talk me through the report and also help with queries afterwards. Overall a great service and will use again.

Great team at Julian Wilkins - booking team did their best to have the survey done as quickly as possible during one of the busiest times in recent history. The surveyor, Robin, called me from the home I was buying and we spoke at length about the property whilst he was still in it - the report itself was totally thorough and arrived the next business day - solid 5 stars from me.

Both the office staff and surveyor were very helpful when we needed a HelpToBuy property evaluation. We were able to both book and do the survey and received our evaluation within a week. Their pricing is also competitive.
