Green Roof Systems
Topseal green roof systems combine sustainability with durability, featuring sedum blankets and pebble finishes. These installations improve insulation, reduce urban heat islands, and manage rainwater effectively. Backed by a 25-year materials guarantee, our green roofs are tailored to support environmental goals while maintaining structural integrity and aesthetic appeal for modern developments.
Roof Refurbishments
We specialise in GRP roof refurbishments using advanced systems like Ultra Flex and polyurethane liquid membranes. This cost-effective solution repairs damaged base layers without full replacement, extending roof lifespan. Our process ensures flexibility, weather resistance, and seamless integration with existing structures, providing reliable protection against leaks and deterioration.
Pond & Pool Sealing
The Bonda system offers permanent waterproofing for ponds and pools, creating a seamless, leak-proof barrier. This GRP-based solution withstands constant water exposure while allowing custom finishes. Ideal for both domestic and commercial aquatic structures, it requires minimal maintenance and guarantees long-term durability, ensuring watertight integrity for decades.
Non-Slip Surfaces
Our non-slip GRP systems enhance safety on balconies, walkways, and industrial platforms. The textured finish provides reliable traction in wet or oily conditions without compromising durability. Suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, these surfaces resist wear from foot traffic and harsh environments, maintaining performance over extended periods.

Daren provided me with an excellent service after our builder left us with a leaking roof. They worked tirelessly to fix our roof and we are truly grateful. A really nice individual and I would happily use Darren and his team again!

Smartseal installed a GRP roof on our kitchen extemsion over 7 years ago. The roof is sound and trouble free and still looks fantastic. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and often see the vans around in the Oxted area.
