27/12/2021 - Called because of a bogus alarm. The service Engineer Phil called me back, asked a few questions - then arrived 20 minutes later to establish the fault. He wore all of his PPE, was excellent and efficient - job done in 30 minutes. Great service - thank you Phil and Electroguard.
