Roof Cleaning

Our roof cleaning service removes moss, algae and weather stains using eco-friendly steam cleaning techniques. This low-pressure method preserves roof tile and slate integrity while restoring appearance. We apply bactericide treatments to prevent regrowth and offer gutter cleaning as complementary service. Suitable for all roof types including concrete, tiled and slate surfaces across residential and commercial properties.

Render Cleaning

Professional render cleaning using softwashing and steam technology removes weather stains and organic growth. Our tailored solutions suit all render types including K-Rend, Weber and Monocouche. The process restores original colours while protecting surface integrity. Regular maintenance prevents structural damage from moisture penetration and extends render lifespan through gentle yet effective cleaning methods.

Stone Cleaning

Specialist stone cleaning services for limestone, granite and sandstone buildings use low-pressure steam to remove grime without damaging surfaces. Our techniques preserve historic buildings' character while improving appearance. The process effectively removes moss and weather stains from both decorative and structural stone elements in commercial and residential properties.

Brick Cleaning

Eco-friendly brick cleaning removes efflorescence, moss and pollution stains using steam technology. Our method preserves mortar integrity while restoring brick appearance. Suitable for both modern and heritage buildings, the process enhances property aesthetics without chemical usage or high-pressure damage risks to brick surfaces.

Gutter Cleaning

Professional gutter cleaning using high-reach vacuum systems removes blockages caused by leaves and moss. Our equipment accesses gutters up to 45ft without ladders, preventing water damage to properties. Regular maintenance prevents overflow issues and structural damage while ensuring effective rainwater drainage systems function correctly in Devon and Cornwall's climate.

I was fortunate enough to be a competition winner with Concept Cleaning Solutions which won me a full exterior house clean. The house was looking rather tired and I had been looking at companies to complete this work but look no further than this unbelievably professional company! The results were truly amazing! Walls, Windows, guttering etc, even the patio are now gleaming! I have had nothing but positive comments from neighbours asking me who did the work and Im sure this company will be inundated with exterior cleans around this area now!! There is no doubt I will also be recontacting Concept
