Services
Handmade roof tiles
Our handmade clay roof tiles preserve historic aesthetics while meeting modern standards. Each tile's natural variations in texture and colour create unique roofs for conservation areas and new builds. Certified to UKCA and CE marking BS EN 1304, they ensure durability and compliance. Architects and conservation officers recommend our tiles for their authentic appearance and tested performance.
Bespoke tile production
We create made-to-order tiles for specialist projects requiring non-standard dimensions. From 400mm-long Wimbledon Music School tiles to tapered oast house fittings, our craftsmen replicate historic profiles or develop new designs. Bespoke orders typically deliver within 4-6 weeks, maintaining the same quality standards as our standard range for listed buildings and contemporary developments.
Ventilation systems
Our patented Under-Tile and In-Tile ventilation systems provide discreet airflow solutions. The Under-Tile system uses natural tile camber for 9,000mm minimum venting space, while In-Tile units offer 6,100mm capacity with minimal visibility. Both options comply with building regulations for mechanical and soil pipe venting, suitable for new builds and renovation projects requiring modern ventilation standards.
Bat access tiles
Legally compliant bat access tiles help customers meet wildlife protection requirements. Our specially designed ridge and tile openings provide 18mm access tunnels that allow bat roosting while maintaining roof integrity. Developed with the Bat Conservation Trust, these solutions suit properties with existing or potential bat habitats, ensuring legal compliance without compromising architectural quality.
Creasing tiles
Handmade creasing tiles offer durable water deflection for walls and chimneys. With low water porosity and high strength, these tiles prevent dampness in brick and stone structures. Traditionally used for projecting drip sills, our creasing tiles combine functional weatherproofing with aesthetic appeal, available in bespoke thicknesses to match specific architectural requirements.
