Ian leads our team of specialists. A former director of Valunation & Wolton Chartered Surveyors, he gets stuck in Surveying daily. Ian also oversees expert witness matters, contributes to RICS valuation policy and advises various educational institutions on survey, energy and valuation related matters.
Ian mainly covers our Suffolk and Essex locations. Mark heads our Milton Keynes based team and is involved with all the inspection and survey services we provide. Having formerly worked at eSurv and Wolton Chartered Surveyors as a Building Surveyor and Valuer for several years, Mark joined BPL in 2013, proving to be an integral part of the team.
Mark also deals with Expert Witness Matters, Party Wall Matters and Project Management. Danielle is an Associate of the RICS, (soon to be MRICS). Having formerly worked at Countrywide Surveyors, Danielle joined the team in Milton Keynes in 2018 extending our reach out towards Aylesbury, Oxford, St Albans and the surrounding areas.
