Highly recommend Lens storage. Staff were exceptionally helpful and made sure we had the best deal saving us money. We were updated at each stage of the process from arrival to goods bering collected by our removal firm. Would highly recommend this place if you need stuff stored forvshort or long periods of time

Safe and secure however passing on their bills to the price of the customer storage is not acceptable by any means, we look for affordable and secure storage, we don't don't look to pay for someone else's electric bill or to have their building repainted as I found out today. So for this I'm only giving 2 stars because the staff are mostly all friendly.

Brenda from the first telephone call has been absolutely amazing, nothing was a problem. We had already moved abroad and had another company coming to collecting our belongings, Brenda informed Ricky & Shannen who also made our move go smoothly. Thank you all for all your help.

Helped my mate move stuff to store here. Lockers are spacious (plenty tall) and have caged roofs so air will flow and won't be damp. Trolleys look old but rolled straight.

My wife and I have had items in storage at their Hillington Facility for over 5 years (ended August 2021). The facility is well run but it is the staff that make the experience enjoyable - efficient, helpful and perhaps above all thoughful and interested in your requirements. Thank you.
