Ian's attitude to my request to pay monthly invoices rather than 7 a week was appalling. I suggest he steps back from client service, as he doesn't have the right approach. Angie was better. Overall the cleaning experience was average, quite a bit missed and not quick nor efficient. Would not recommend.

I'm really not sure what happend, they came once, never to be seen again !!! This may be coincidence, however, we asked for proof of insurance and CRB checks to be left on the countertop on the next visit... #Strange
