I ordered a roman blind from this company when I started doing my bathroom, due to delays it was not completed until18 months after my purchase, I have had many roman blinds over the years but I can honestly say this is the worst made blind I have ever had.
As i did not put this up until 18months after purchase i did not feel I could go back and complain, it is so bad I can no longer live with it so need to replace it,.
It wasn't cheap it cost me around £250.00 I didn't expect to replace it so quickly.

Absolutely fantastic! Just moved into a house with vertical office type blinds which really were not my style. Replaced all of them using 247 blinds BOGOF offer and the look of the whole house has been transformed. Really great quality and simple to install. I am so very happy with the results . I’ve only got 2 windows left without blinds now but when I am ready to decorate those rooms I will not hesitate to come back to 247. Very happy customer.

I purchased my first blind with the insurance. Unfortunately the blind didn’t fit. I measured it incorrectly. Customer services without any hassle sent me another blind with the correct measurements. This is a brilliant Company that I have used for many years to buy blinds from. I had a problem with the velcro that attaches the fascia to the blind. I explained that I needed a replacement for the velcro. The representative (excellent member of staff) has arranged to send them. Altogether a very good experience. I can heartedly recommend them to anyone.

Really disappointed in the customer service. Ordered blind a year ago and unfortunately due to personal circumstances only went to put it up a week ago. The blind broke on putting it up, clearly a manufacturing fault. I messaged them with photos and waited a week for a reply. Nothing. So called and was told that because I had not reported it within 8 weeks that they wouldn't do anything about it, even though it states on their website a 3 year guarantee. I was told I would get an email which I am still waiting for.
I had recommended you to friends and family, but I won't be doing now.

Worse Company to deal with,I ordered 6 Vertical blinds all of them were to long, i gave exact recess measurements that allows them to deduct what they must,one of the blind was broken and I am struggling to get my money back from them,they dont like to give refunds,I am taking them the whole road for my refund,staff arent interested when I call them

Probably one of the worst customer services I’ve experienced. I went with 247 Blinds because of their overall good reviews and the guarantee of a premium and fast delivery (I was promised within 2 weeks) however, it’s been over a month now and I still have not received my blinds. I’ve spoken to multiple members of their team who say they’ll follow it up, sent emails which go ignored and I still have no answers (as well as being £350 out of pocket). As no one from their team can back to me, I’ll be grateful if I can at least get a response on here??

Never have I left a bad review on anything but this definitely warrants one! Don't EVER order from this company. They are false advertising as the blind we received isn't like the photo the pattern does not look how it's ment to look. Not just that but the fabric has been cut wonky. The service is the worst I have ever come across. We have spoken to so many different people one who said we would have a replacement and now another saying we will be given discount. Discount for a wonky blind that looks nothing like they are advertising I urge they sort this today before we take this further. This

Not one to leave a review but what a great product and service! Needed blinds ASAP but most websites showed a 7-14 day wait before dispatch.
Blinds247 also did say 7-9 days before dispatch but i ordered early on a Wednesday and received early on a Friday! And it’s a perfect fit and very easy to install. Along with the blackout feature doing exactly what it says on the tin.
Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be using again, thank you!

I ordered two sets of custom Venetian blinds from these guys. I am delighted. They arrived exactly on the quoted date just a week after ordering!
They are great quality, came complete with all necessary fixings and clear instructions. The best quite I had locally was for double the price and six weeks delivery! Simply no comparison. I will be ordering again and highly recommend you do too!!!
