Brought 20 Forum Lighting Solutions black chrome GU10 IP65 (FORELA-27467-BC) downlights through my local wholesaler A&G in December 2018, installed under soffits, 18 months later all bezels have extensive pitting and corrosion and flaking / blistered chrome. Spoke to Forum who informed me that they are only guaranteed for 12 months! I would say that amount of corrosion started inside 12 months but there you go. I was informed that these light fittings should not be used outdoors, IP65 not to be used outdoors? I asked if i could purchase replacement bezels but was informed that bezels came with

This company is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with deal with. They deny the guarantee printed on the product box. Do not respond to emails, no one is ever available to discuss a problem on the telephone, claim to have to have an ISO9001 quality system but will not pass calls through to the quality department, and most telling: Have a company policy, apparently laid down by the managing director, of refusing to give the name of anyone in authority!

How could anyone think a large glass bowl for a light could be put into an even bigger box with NO packaging to secure it and a bit of bubble wrap then sent for delivery? Received a bashed up box (not even the box it should have been in) containing lots broken glass. Ridiculous and this is their second attempt. This company needs to learn basics. I will not buy from them again nor recommend them unless you're collecting.
