Am partially disabled and had no heating or hot water over last weekend. On Monday was given EPPHs address in Ipswich and went round to their office. The staff said initially Wednesday to Friday to get to me, but when they found I was disabled they sent 2 men round that afternoon. The men who arrived got the system going again and found the problem. The bill was very fair and Id just like to say the staff in the office and the men who attended my house were diamonds. A business is only as good as the staff they employ! Congratulations 10 out of 10 from me.

Done great work upgrading a gas supply but skimped on a 3 fitting that connects the cooker and after speaking to the office was the guy was very dismissive shame they let themselves down for the sake of 3
