DIN modules
The DIN range offers modular solutions for commercial and residential installations using standardised rail mounting systems. These components provide dimming, switching, and control functions while maintaining compatibility with existing electrical infrastructure. The range includes specialised modules for motorised curtains, DALI systems, and power management applications.
RAK8 dimmer arrays
RAK8 systems provide scalable dimming solutions with eight-channel capacity per unit. The modular design allows stacking for larger installations while maintaining space efficiency. Available with various plug-in modules, these arrays support different lamp types including LED, halogen, and low-voltage systems through interchangeable components.
Keypad customization
Customisable keypads offer seven luxury finishes with options for wired or wireless NFC operation. Users can create personalised button layouts through our online plate designer tool. The system supports both traditional switch mechanisms and modern touch-sensitive interfaces with programmable scene recall functions.
Mobile app integration
The Rako app enables scene programming and real-time control via smartphones, tablets, or smartwatches. It was the first time that I had to use Rako Controls. An electrical engineer called Regan attended to look at what was an intermittent fault. He managed to find it, repair it and talk me through potential future problems that may occur as best practice. I never write reviews but felt that In this case I needed to! Overall, excellent customer service which is not always found . I would highly recommend this organisation as a 5* service!

I'd never dealt with Rako controls before, so when a client was having some issues with their dimming control I wasn't totally sure how to help out. Luckily for me, Rako's support team were absolutely fantastic and walked me through the process of adjusting the dimming to suit the clients needs. Great service.

Had a joint customer visit yesterday with your engineer Jordan Hubby, totally nice guy, punctual, easy going but completely professional, completely reconfigured the system and worked along side my customer to ensure all lighting scenes were optimised and understood, would totally recommend

They promise you the earth but if you get any problems its just a money making machine. I had the Rako system fitted to my extension 18 months ago since then I have had two broken controllers. Each time they say yes its in warranty we can send you a new one but if you want us to fit it its 140 call out - last time the guy was in my house less than 10 minutes. So this time they sent me the device and I asked another electrician to fit but he would do it as hes not rako trained. So 4 months later I still have a lantern that doesnt work .... very disappointed!!
