Ben and his team were very professional and helpful throughout the process from first quote to fitting and final tidy up. They managed to sort out all the problems that come up through a large job like this. Had a large number of old windows replaced and some new windows and bifolds for an extension. Very happy with the result and would recommend. The fitting team in particular were great, turning up as agreed and working non stop throughout the day.

Very happy with my new windows and door, the team were very professional, in particular the fitters were very hard working. Was in the process of using an alternative company and was not happy with the communication, in contrast Ben has been easy to get in touch with no matter what time or day.

I reported that I have a faulty window, that they fitted which wont lock and is leaking water and needs urgent attention for obvious reasons. I was told that the person I need to speak to is out of the office and would call me back. 7 days later Id heard nothing so I called again and got the same response, no apology and made to feel like an inconvenience! Well Im still yet to hear back from them and my window is still leaking! I guess Ill take my money somewhere else...
