I was initially told it would take a week then that turned into two, then three then so on- about 9 weeks later and much chasing the wrong one was just purchased off the shelf from Screwfix or Toolstation which could of been done the same day- it was not matching in colour or style so had to wait in total 3 months to have this resolved- supply chain issues we constantly being used as an

They purchased a number of apple contracts at a very small percentage of the contract value and are now trying to enforce them over a year later when no previous contact has been made. Not really reasonable time....section 52. Case has also been lodged with trading standards but if anybody wants to get in contact to share experiences and possible legal proceedings please leave a message.
Further on from reply I state again no contact has been made at all until February 2020, funny how first contact made in February 2020 was answered straight away. For contracts bought for

County did all the windows and doors for our new build property include bifolds (5 door). From our initial visit to the fitting, Ed and his team were professional helpful and the quality of the windows and doors and the work of the fitters was second to none. Can't recommend them highly enough.
