Basically Fredericks Removals service was excellent - from Louise in the office, to Jordan doing the survey, to the polite, friendly, careful & professional packing & removal team. All arranged & completed in under a week (we had less than a week between exchange & completion & a 100 mile move). I would recommend them to anyone planning a house move. Well done & many thanks. I am writing to say how fantastic your removals team were in helping my elderly parents move home. All four of them were exceptional in their care, attention and consideration. They were unfailingly cheerful and helpful throughout and we really felt looked after by them all.
Ryan led the team ever so well taking extra care with things that my parents were concerned about. They were not phased by my parents deafness and made a lot of effort to communicate too. Please extend our thanks to them all.

I couldn't recommend Frederick's highly enough. Every member of staff we dealt with throughout our recent move was helpful and the crew who moved us on the day were polite, professional, efficient and thorough. Their creative thinking and determination even got our stupidly long sofa through a very tight door at the other end which made the whole experience alot less stressful.

TV screen smashed in transit. As we did not use their packing service, 50k insurance not worth the paper its written on. At no time was this explained. Terrible customer service from woman in the office, downright rude in fact, and director was equally poor. Obviously do not care about their customers as no goodwill shown in any way. AVOID if you care about your things.
