Services
Standing Seam Roofing
Our standing seam single-ply roofing mimics traditional metal roofs while offering modern durability. Using charcoal or light grey membranes, we create cost-effective, weather-resistant solutions for both new builds and refurbishments. This system combines aesthetic appeal with long-term performance, ideal for properties seeking a premium finish without compromising on functionality.
Liquid Roofing Systems
Prodek SW's liquid roofing systems use advanced polyurethane technology for seamless waterproofing. Applied cold via roller or brush, this method ensures rapid curing and flexibility for complex structures. Perfect for flat roofs, balconies, and exposed areas requiring a durable, low-maintenance solution that adapts to thermal movement.
Balcony Waterproofing
Our balcony systems utilise polymer-based Monoseal technology for a watertight, slip-resistant finish. Applied cold to ensure safety, this solution protects against weather damage while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Designed for both residential and commercial properties, it guarantees longevity and compliance with building regulations.
Gutter Lining
We specialise in gutter and gully lining to prevent leaks and structural damage. Using modern materials, we restore aged drainage systems without disruptive replacements. This service extends the lifespan of existing infrastructure while ensuring efficient water management for domestic and commercial buildings.
Single Ply Flat Roofing
Our single-ply EPDM flat roofing systems offer superior waterproofing with minimal maintenance. Installed by manufacturer-certified technicians, these membranes provide flexibility and resilience against extreme weather. Ideal for both new constructions and roof replacements, they deliver long-term protection with energy-efficient thermal performance.

Came and replaced a flat roof. When contacted them for a quote, came within days to quote us. Good price. Have seen some of their work in the area and looked professionally done. On day of the works, they turned up when said and work was completed in one day. The team that came were lovely and made sure they cleaned up after they had finished. Kept us updated throughout the works in what they were doing. The boss come over and helped out too. Would definetly recommend this company for any roofing needs and they were all polite and friendly. No more leaking roof over the winter!

Due to bad weather, the start date was delayed ensuring the installation would not be affected by the
