Absolutely superb service we had water pouring through the ceiling I contacted the office and they sent an engineer out immediately I even had a text to tell me who was coming and when they would arrive

Excellent service as usual. Easy booking, the engineer arrived on time, was friendly and knowedable, clean and tidy and was covid safe. Was able to fix an issue without needing a new part (yet) and gave great advise about combi boilers.

First rate service as normal, very quick to respond to initial problem with boiler, boiler fully checked over and follow up appointment made to carry out service and repairs, communication as always excellent, nothing is to much trouble, whole heartedly recommend.
