In fact they told me that nothing was wrong. However, it was firing up all the time even when there was no rason for it to. Chris from Plumbgas found the fault straight away and sorted it out.
I now have the efficient boiler that I should have had originally. I continue to use them and they are always on time, efficient and friendly. I would definitly recommend them.
