Very Good value for money.
Richard was personable and gave us a fair quote for rear dormer loft conversion. Daniel and Steve delivered with the building work to a good standard. They were tidy, happy to accommodate any changes to our plans, liaised with our neighbours and consulted us on the specifics of the loft conversion. I felt comfortable giving Daniel and Steve keys to my family home. Thank you to Daniel and the team.

Overall we are extremely pleased with our new loft conversion. Both Daniel and Steve were highly efficient workers, always on time, committed to the job and very friendly. The whole process from start to finish felt very smooth. Accessibility and communication were never an issue either. Acknowledging these guys are on a tight schedule we still felt some of the finishing work could be improved, especially on our project, an annoying floor creak which presumably could have been remedied by the chipboard being nailed/screwed down more firmly. Richard and his team built a dormer loft conversion on our bungalow in January. From the start Richard was very friendly and professional. Despite two storms in January Steve and Dan continued to work very hard to complete the conversion within the estimated time scale given. We are extremely pleased with the completed loft conversion and have no hesitations in recommending Apex Lofts.

Apex recently completed converting the loft of our 1930s semi to a lovely en-suite bedroom and I can thoroughly recommend them. Back in 2010, Richard and his crew, converted our loft to a fantastic living space. We realised very quickly that Richard is the master of his trade - the whole process from beginning to the end was easy. We ended up with a first grade loft and nearly 9 years we are still very happy with our loft. Can't recommend Apex enough.

Apex Lofts have replaced our dusty dingy loft space with a wonderful new bedroom and en-suite. It really is fabulous. The whole experience from initial visit by Richard to completion by the hard working and highly skilled Steve and Dan has been entirely positive. Its been well with the wait - the end result fully explains why Apex are so in demand. Great quality workmanship, great value, completed on time and on budget. Highly recommended.
