Using hardwood and Accoya timber, we ensure durability and compliance with listed building regulations. Ideal for improving thermal performance without compromising historical integrity.

Sash Window Restoration

We restore original sash windows through meticulous repair, draught proofing, and repainting. This cost-effective solution maintains historical authenticity, favoured by conservation offices. Our process extends window lifespan while addressing wear and structural issues in period properties.

Complete Replacement Sash Windows

For properties with damaged or non-traditional windows, we install bespoke timber sash windows matching original profiles. Using rot-resistant materials, we recreate authentic designs suitable for conservation areas, ensuring compliance with local planning requirements and architectural harmony.

Sash Window Painting

Our painting service revitalises sash windows with durable, water-based paints in custom shades, including Farrow & Ball colours. We maintain elegant profiles while protecting timber from weathering, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and long-term preservation of period features.

Brilliant company. Such a personable team and happy to go above and beyond. Windows also look amazing! We had been in contact with a few other companies but after speaking with B&S and being shown their previous work we knew they were who we wanted to go with. We had full confidence in them from start to finish.
