Do not trust FS drain .... Rob is the guy who charged 360 pounds for not unblocking the drain and gave the wrong report that the main Drain is broken asked me to claim for Thames water Thames water engineer checked both the side properties with the CCTV Live video showing that all is clear I made sure that service engineer from Thames water… speak to rob and he clearly mentioned that he hasn't done the job
i have to call the third party to come and clear the drain it was just one hours job and he cleared it and showed the CCTV live that all is clear
