As I cannot reply to LCS' comments below, I am forced to submit another review in order to address their comments.
LCS did NOT carry out any document checks when my mum went for this work trial. The trial was unpaid and only when we challenged this did Gemma state that the trial was unpaid. Gemma's specific words FROM the recording I have mentioned in my previous review is as follows
"It was a trial run and interview, it was made clear to all of them before they actually started and they were all given the option if they were not happy then they could go and I thanked them for their time"

Unprofessional and unethical cleaning company. Promised my mum a cleaning job subject to a "trial clean" via text from Gemma. My mum turned up with all her docs and found multiple other people there who were also promised the job on the basis of a trial clean. At no point was it explained that it would be an unpaid trial. No interview questions were asked, no DBS checked, no right to work documents checked. (This
