Fast initial diagnosis of problem. Once identified quick appointment made for replacement of hot water cylinder. On completion the engineer found a small leak due to faulty tank. Tank replaced next day with no fuss on their part. The fitter was polite hardworking and only left when completely happy that the job was done to our satisfaction.

From advice on resiting the boiler from garage to kitchen, to a neat installation.
