No show,no communications, very unprofessional. A call to cancel or explain a delay doesn't need an MBA to figure out, manners and courtesy cost them nothing. If this is how they treat potential customers when they're vying for your business, I dread to think how bad they'd be once they have your money. A lucky escape, best of luck if you use them but judging by my experience,best to stay clear!

Very poor customer service. Was told on numerous occasions that Id receive a call arranging for someone to come and quote for our secondary glazing and after two weeks, no one has got back to me. Needless to say we will not be using or recommending these services.
