I cannot thank Ben and his father enough for all the support provided during a series of serious incidents with my parents house that resulted in the need for extensive repairs underneath their property, and rather unpleasant conditions. At one stage, without Ben to talk to and to give his professional wisdom, I think I would have risked serious mistakes. I had absolute confidence in this company, who provided well above the personal support I could ever have expected at a very difficult time for my very elderly parents. K E Jones and Son have been working on our Grade II listed cottage for the last few months. We needed a French drain installed to prevent damp, re-rendering to damaged external parts of the cottage, redecoration of cottage walls, timber windows and doors, new lead applied to tops of windows, new garage doors, paths and back patio re-pointed, driveway re-laid and woodworm treatment to internal beams. This was extensive work to undertake but Ben and his team took it in their stride and nothing was a problem.

Ben & his team have provided a super job from start to finish. Very professional, hard working and transparent. We've had renovations on our grade II listed cottage and the work carried out has been to an excellent standard. Nothing was too much trouble and numerous detail changes were happily accomodated.
