These guys were brilliant. Very professional from start to finish. I was really impressed with the company whenever I phoned them and the surveyor who called at my home to help with my decision making. The two fitters were great and really friendly they even had to sign for a parcel for me when. Couldnt get to the door. I dont normally give feedback but this just goes to show how happy I was with The Garage Door Company. Please dont hesitate to use them .

I paid 840 on the 26th July and I still don't have a garage door! I ordered a standard size, white garage door. Nothing special or out of the ordinary. It was booked in for installation on the 6th September (a longer wait than initially advised when the survey was carried out). On the morning of the 6th I got a call to say the door hadn't actually arrived and they would let me know what was going on. Yesterday (13th) I had still heard nothing so I phoned the office and I was told they would contact the supplier and let me know what was going on as delivery is every Wednesday and it might be

My old garage door was causing concern, - it was fitted about 9 years ago by the now defunct and disgraced Essati company. I contacted The GDC in Plymouth, (Jo-anne) and was dealt with promptly and within two days the surveyor, Toby Evershed, visited my site. I was very happy with both Jo-anne and Toby and went ahead with an order for a new electric roller door. I was given a 5 week order window, and 5 weeks to the day, the engineers, Liam and Linden arrived - removed the old door and fitted the new one. These two lads were brilliant !! I am totally happy with the product, from start to finish

Amazing service. From the initial enquiry to payment, to fitting. Every step was seamless with no troubles, delays or worries. Thank you especially to Joanne for answering all my questions! And to Tobias for being so friendly and assuring during our initial survey/quote. If only we needed another garage door! Will definitely be recommending this company to everyone!

I have had a new garage door fitted by 2 very nice gentlemen. The senior fitter did not leave until he was sure I was able to open and close the door. All the staff I have had contact with from the people on the phone, Internet, the person who took the measurements and the fitters were so professional. Several people have commented on how lovely it looks. The service from beginning to end has been superb. Thank you all so much.
