Had this company replace my flat roof rubberbond felt some 10 years or so ago. Last Friday I noticed a small area of damp underneath in my dining room ceiling. Phoned the company early Monday morning and at 12 pm they were at my front door. At approx 1-15 pm they had replaced an area of felt and repointed where needed. That's what I call excellent service.

Called for a quote to update the windows and doors on our conservatory, they came when I asked and were on time. The man was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Due to Bank Holiday, he would send the following week. 2 weeks later I rang to ask for the quote, I was told I'll get it sent to you, another week later still no quote so I called again the lady said I don't know why it hasn't been sent, I'll get him to email it to you. Another 2 weeks and still no quote, but I'm not calling again, I'll look elsewhere.
