Good quality, fair priced work. Site was left clean and tidy. Engineers friendly and hard-working. If you need a cctv survey or drainage work then call these guys.

With drains backed up, needed a swift responder which i definitely got with Drain Brains. Guys that came out really helpful on both occasions, with great explanation of cause though also recommendation for solution, without a hard sell. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Thanks to Mike and Carl from Drain Brains for the excellent work they did to replace our 100 year old drains, that had become blocked by tree roots. The work was excellent from start to finish. The camera in the the drains showed how extensive the problem had become and Mike suggested a number of ways it could be fixed. We opted to have the drain replaced. This involved a lot of manual digging as access to our house is not easy. The work was completed within a week and everything left clean and tidy. Mike and Carl were very professional and friendly. I would certainly recommend them.

3 Stars - Upon second visit a very clear underlying issue got identified. Wish it didn't take 2 visits to do this, but suppose got results in the end. Original review:
2 Stars - Arrived promptly, did half a job and left as soon as possible. The plumber was visibly tired and mentioned he wanted to go home ASAP so 2 starts due to benefit of a doubt, but wouldn't recommend their services. When questioned about the job blamed the customer instead of owning up to the poor service. Toilet still unusable.

Used Drain Brains for a drainage survey, as I do not trust my insurance company to give me the full picture. They did two surveys for me within 2 days and I had my report within a 3 working days. The reports are brilliant and clear and even recommend who is responsible for repairs.
