First thing to mention is defo customer service. They just seem like nice people. Prices seem decent and they have always been helpful and on time and all that.
Done 3 rooms and my stairs now 1 fitting at a time as I've redone a house. Would reccomend

Had really great communication in the lead up to the fitting, Roger was always great and got us samples to look at (collected and dropped off due to COVID) and then the fitters on the day(s) were brilliant and got things done no messing around. Would happily use again we are very happy with our carpets/vinyl and laminate.

If youre looking for any kind of new flooring, you dont need to look any further.
Gekay Carpets were the perfect company from start to finish. We had our hallway, living room and dining room fitted with herringbone engineered hardwood. Gekay took care of everything from removing the old carpet, screeding the floor, removing and refitting the skirting boards and fitting the new flooring. Every aspect was taken care of quickly, efficiently and with great craftsmanship. All the tradesmen were polite and highly skilled. Thanks to everyone at Gekay for a wonderful job!

A few words to compliment Gekay on excellent service in difficult times. We found Roger very pleasant and helpful in his advice and guidance. The fitting of the Quickstep flooring to dining room and steps was expertly done by Lee, without any fuss. He left the house clean and tidy and took pride in his finished work. Today we had a new carpet in the hall and dining room supplied and fitted by Gekay Carpets. They were very efficient from first going into the shop to look for a carpet, to them measuring up and us going back to the shop to order our carpet.
Unfortunately, because of the virus and lock down, , we had to wait three months before it could be fitted.
Roger the owner rang us to make an appointment to fit it as soon as he was able to open up again. The fitters did a lovely job, courteous and polite. More than pleased. Thank you to the team.
