We reached out to Orchard when we had been let down by our builder and we cannot fault them, we dealt with Ben Couch all the way through - he was absolutely incredible, really going above and beyond, speaking to us out of business hours and ensuring we got exactly what we needed, the turnaround times and installation were tailored to us and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The workmen on site are generally decent, sadly the only positive I can say about the management and office staff is that they are very efficient at invoicing and collecting money! Full stop! Could easily have been a good experience, it wasn't.
Update - I received an email giving me the 'opportunity to amend or remove my review'. The wording implied I wouldn't like their response if I didn't. Having now got my 'or else' response I find it ironic that they have accused me of dishonesty. As I pointed out to Orchard I do have evidence and independent witnesses to corroborate my testimony, which is

I recently had my driveway relaid due to water damage and its like I have a brand new driveway. I cannot fault the service and quality of workmanship. Stuart and Robbie were professional, friendly and great ambassadors of the company. Would highly recommend Orchard !
