Had a washing machine disaster and flooded the hard floor kitchen and carpeted hallway. Found some details online after realising towels and a heater wouldn't come close to sorting it, rang and spoke to a rep on the phone, then sent some pictures via WhatsApp. Price agreed, the lads turned up within 30 minutes and took about half an hour.
Carpet looks like new! Brilliant job, very professional and very pleasant lads.
Hopefully I won't need to use them again, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Joseph did an incredible job! They managed to get stains out that i didn't think they would be able to, leaving the carpet looking extremely fresh and feeling extra fluffy. The carpet also smelt amazing! The company is very reliable and punctual. They only leave completing the job to a very high and professional standard. I am thoroughly satisfied and pleased with the job that has been done and will 100% be using them again. Highly recommend!

After discovering a huge mice infestation in my bedroom I phoned Hero's to come and clean the carpet, not only did they clean the carpet they also sanitized it for me too. Wonderful, friendly and trustworthy people. I would highly recommend them. They even moved my furniture around which other people wouldn't do.
