After sales service has been fantastic - they have helped us solve a problem with an item fitted by oine of their competitors. They will definitely be our first port ov=f call next time we want new windows

I emailed asking for a quote and advice for replacing some window to thermal glass and received no reply. Sent the email again asking whether anyone had a chance to replay and received a very uninterested email saying they couldnt help due to the structure. No conversation about whether wed be prepared to change the roof structure, which we were, just a simple no. Didnt feel like they were interested in helping because it might have looked complicated.

Really poor customer service, waiting 2 weeks on an emergency list as I have a leak in my conservatory, got hung up on when I was asking questions regarding the emergency list. Would even be willing to pay for the leak to be fixed although Im still under warranty.
