Hopeless company, avoid like the plague! My wife placed order, much smaller bottle arrived. Misleading website. No apology. Reported to Trading Standards.

We only needed a few floor tiles to fill a gap created by some plumbing work but Richard, Luke and the other staff could not have been more helpful. They chose slates to colour match our existing Chinese multicolour tiles and cut them exactly to the size we needed. Great service, I can strongly recommend this firm.

Absolutely awful website, incredibly misleading for which there was no apology and we had to pay for return postage and were not refunded our postage - cost us £15 to have a bunch of hassle and complete waste of time - extremely unhappy and would heartily not recommend them!
