I ordered a multitude of fence panels, posts, boards and postcrete to be delivered. When the delivery arrived, the driver admitted that hed forgotten to put the gravel boards on. He said that a friend would drop them round later together with the paperwork. By Monday lunchtime there was still no sign of the boards or paperwork. I phoned the office. I was informed that the boards had been delivered and had been placed over my side gate.
I looked, no sign of them. The response: Oh, OK Ill get them delivered.
Wednesday and still no sign of the boards or paperwork. I phone again. The office has no idea why Ive been lied to 3 times. Im told that the boards will be delivered later. I wish I could say that the boards were worth waiting for. They werent - one has significant damage to it. Well at least theres some consistency. The quality of service is matched by the quality of product.

Just had my second delivery of logs from Somerlap and once again they have exceeded expectations. Our first order made us realise how important it is to get good quality logs that burn longer and hotter so we turned to Somerlap again. Unfortunately we couldn't be around for the planned delivery but a quick last minute email to Helen resulted in the driver leaving the logs exactly where I asked. Great service!

I phoned on a Saturday morning to check delievery to Devon of some products that only Somerlap sell. A chap called James answers the phone and was absolutely great. Totally professional, very helpful and was able to arrange delivery through a courier two days ahead of our schedule. Thoroughly recommend these guys.
