I've had to contact their technical people twice, today to sort a problem caused by a power cut. Both times the problem has been quickly solved, the patient technician explaining what needed to be done and waiting while I did it. I'm very impressed!

I had a problem with the remote control not working with the control box, but Phil from the technical dept at GaraDoor quickly and clearly talked me thru the reprogramming process, no fuss or bother now working OK, Thanks Phil
