Very disappointed with post sale customer care. Rude staff, patronising and unhelpful.
A deciduous plant did not do well and died: most standard nursery would have the decency to acknowledge the concern and address the issue. We were told that our poor after care killed the plant. The manager was rude, patronising and extremely unhelpful.
I have returned to buy more plants and flowers from the nursery and there was no goodwill. In spite of explaining that £14.99 was not going to an issue but the lack of common courtesy and good customer care was appalling.
Just very poor attitude and behaviour

This garden center never fails to amaze me.excellent selection of very very healthy plants .So covid safe too.staff are polite and everyone I was with tbis morning was happt and smiley.Well Done Clockhouse.I come to you every time I need plants because you never let me down and prices are reasonable.xx keep up the good work xx

The clockhouse nursery is the only nursery i seem to get everything i want under one roof. Great prices and very helpful staff that know what they're talking about when there's something you want but can't find it. I can't fault it in any way. The nursery is set out in such a way it makes it easier to find what you want. Like this nursery beyond any other

Well stocked garden centre with 2 car park areas. Staff are friendly. Sales are very good (went in late summer) with huge variety that got reduced. Asked about a specific raspberry (Joan J) which they didn't have in stock but they were kind enough to order it and had it in stock within 2 weeks which we've now collected. Generally very clean with good displays on show. Also have new toilet facilities now.

This is one of my all-time favourite garden centres. Quite a claim, I have been to many, I love gardening...and I'm still a way off 50 years old!!
Told about this place by a neighbour who talked of this magical land where plants were of fantastic quality and un-London-like low prices. In order to access this place you have to go in through what looks like a persons front driveway and then into a set back car park. Is a bit weird, a bit of a tight fit, but trust me, it's there.
They have a great array of on-location grown plants by season and a host of greenhouses that you can wander
