I went here to collect a trade order for the company I work for, although I have never bought anything from them myself, I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, if I didn't work for a similar shop I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Eurotile.

Bought bathroom fittings and taps here. Simon got a great deal on some very expensive fittings which we were really pleased with. He also provided fantastic service after sales. Had a manufacturing fault with burlington taps which were under guarantee. Called Burlington who didn't want to know but Simon at Eurotiles took up the baton. Not only did he go above and beyond to get the taps replaced but he got Burlington to cover the plumbing costs. Service of this standard deserves to be noted and i would recommend this store.

I would like to congratulate Eurotiles Braintree for their excellent Customer Service. Jordan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect tiles for my bathroom. I highly recommend Eurotiles and will most certainly be using them again in the future.
