Colin fitted my father in laws bathroom. Initially installation appeared to progress well. However, many issues appeared. The wrong shower unit was fitted & the shower housing was loose & unsafe, the flooring was cheap & of poor quality. Colin refused to return to put things right, he didn’t remove the rubbish from the job, we had to engage another company to replace faulty plumbing. Also Colin, did not provide an invoice or receipt for standard fitting charges & £880 cash paid for the fitting. All in all a poor job with an appalling attitude. Shop elsewhere if you can.

Excellent service! All staff at Newtrend Bathrooms were helpful to my mom, who's in her 90s, and for whom a change to her bathroom was necessary but daunting. We had other quotes and this was by far the best for the fittings and service received. The fitter, Scott, was respectful and kind to my mom, and worked really hard to do an fantastic job in just a couple of days.

Spent 10.5k with this bunch of crooks so please dont end up like us,Firstly the fitter was brilliant however the owner what a t**t.shower tray in en-suit plug was in wrong place so when you had a shower you actually stood on the plug,informed owner and was told nothing could be done as all trays were like this and we were the only complaint he had had,So after some searching guess what there are loads of trays with various positions of plugs,would not even come out to have a look so when we informed of this he wanted £500 to put right as it was our fault as we didnt inspect or check that the goods
