More ego than common sense!
Admittedly, my property is in a challenging situation, a narrow road with no drive way. I have has building deliveries and skips delivered without any hassle at all. I have even had 8 tonne of concrete delivery to the property. This company has such poor customer service and the drivers was reluctant to make any attempt in working with me to complete the delivery. CAN YOU BELIEVE HE WANTED TO DEPOSIT THE SCREED INTO THE ROAD!? We have a passageway next to the house we had set up with sheets and ramps ready to accept the delivery. The driver turned up though it too much
