I phoned for advice as my garage roller door wouldn’t open or respond to the remote. After my description of the problem. They advised me of solution which worked by highlighting the fault. Being a local company I walked up the road, visited and purchased an inexpensive part which got my door working again. Excellent and very friendly helpful service !
