Very unprofessional. Constant phone calls being made to chase money owed from Acton Drainage, the women in the office are unfortunately very catty. Businesses are always slated and prices vary due to charging some customers more than others. Avoid at all costs. This company is actually under a different name, officially, due to not paying all that was owed and having to start afresh. The 'plumbers' are often drainage engineers sent out and don't really know what they're doing. Engineers are mostly friendly but the office workers talk very negatively about them when they're not around. I used to

Bunch of cowboys sent by my insurance company. That company now longer send out these cowboys. They were suppose to fix a collapsed drain and came and went whilst I was out for less than an hour. Left a mess and didn't fix the drain. No stars. Maximum plonkers.

Stay away from these guys. They charge you for work they do not do. They are a bunch of cow boys. I have pictures and CCTV of the poor job they have done. There is a complaint raised with the insurance who hired you cow boys.

Very unprofessional people speak to you disrespectfully. Not reliable at all make appointments and cancel happened about 4 times to me and when you ring them up they get angry with you. They charge you for work that they have not completed.
Im an not the first person this has happed to if you read their reviews it has happened to others as well. The workers them self tell you how much of a rip off their boss is (their words). Read the review by a previous worker. Also watch out for Acton group services limited. They also trade under this name.

I first contacted this company regarding moving a manhole cover from inside my house to the garden, previous owners had built an extension over the main access grid! I had someone come to do a home visit within the week and my quote was sent a few days later, I was very happy with the service so far and called them back to say I was happy for the work to go ahead, I was told that they would call me within a week or 2 to arrange a date for the job, 4 weeks later I hadn't heard anything from them so I called back and the guy I spoke to said he would call the fella who did the home visit and see how
