Energy Performance Certificates

If you are selling or renting a domestic or commercial property in the UK, an Energy Performance Certificate or EPC is a legal requirement. The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) of 2002 requires that all existing Domestic & Commercial properties that are to be sold, rented or leased require an EPC or Energy Performance Certificate for the property.
Legionella Risk Assessments

Landlords and Duty Holders of Domestic, Residential and Commercial Properties have a legal duty to ensure a Legionella Risk Assessment has been carried-out for their rental or leased property.
Many Residential and Commercial Landlords including Letting Agents, Managing Agents and Duty-Holders are not aware of their legal responsibilities under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and The Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations (MHSW) 1999, to protect their tenants and visitors from Legionnaires Disease.

We can install Domestic, Residential and Commercial Energy Efficiency Measures and advise upon Energy Efficiency Installations for Domestic and Commercial properties. When making home improvements or refurbishments to domestic or commercial properties such as homes and offices, clients generally only make energy efficiency installations where necessary, or in-line with Building Regulations.

I contacted Energess on Thursday for a commercial EPC and we agreed an appointment the following Monday. The assessor turned up on time and I had a provisional EPC that evening with the official certificate registered the following day. Good value and very professional company. Would highly recommend

Needed an EPC doing urgently for a property that was due to be rented in a few days. After telephoning Energess, they reacted quickly and efficiently to get the job done, and the certificate put on the website for me to download. Very friendly people, nothing was too much trouble and a pleasure to do business with. Was able to start the tenancy as planned thanks to them. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and cannot recommend highly enough.
