Reactive - Emergency response call-outs

We do not levy a 'call-out charge' or pass on travel times - only the time on site is charged. Remember, with PPM contracts, there could be no charge at all! If you have a blockage or other issue, we will attend site as soon as possible and assess the situation. We can then seek to action an appropriate response which will serve to mitigate the effects of whatever we have come across.

A confined space is a place which is substantially enclosed (though not always entirely), and where serious injury can occur from hazardous substances or conditions within the space or nearby (e.g. Using special breathing and escape equipment, harnesses and constant gas detectors, our teams can carry out work safely and efficiently.
