DPD failed to deliver my parcel to the correct location causing it to be stolen. Provided all details and James chose to freeze our account and never provides updates of the investigation. Unable to order from JMC now! I thought in this world it was innocent until proven guilty not the other way around. Our account is being held hostage due to a DPD failing. Think twice before doing business with this company. And now has ceased to do business as we left an accurate review. Many other suppliers to purchase from and we have passed our feedback onto several businesses in the industry. Childish
