Lovely nursery, beautiful gifts! First time visiting will definitely go back! The cafe was full and had a wide variety of food (caters for veggies too). The cakes were huge and great value for money!

Recently visited as part of the Santa visit and really disappointed with the whole experience.
- greeted by a member of staff on the phone (although apparently thats fine)
- only 3 high chairs for the entire cafe (apparently we should have pre-booked for a high chair even though they knew we had a 2 year old.. whod have thought)
- no gap comfortable gap between tables
- cold food
- poor service all round, no cutlery, toddlers drink came out when wed all finished
Despite complaining about this at the event, and via email, Andrew the owner rudely dismissed all of my points and told

Great selection of things. We visited at Christmas and there was a fantastic selection of indoor and outdoor decorations. The cafe has a wide variety if cakes and food (gluten free options available). The staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back.

It's my favourite place. I take one of my elderly clients for coffee and a cake and may I say always a delicious treat. I always come out with a new pot or plant. Never had problems with my new plants have always been top quality and the customer service is wonderful all staff are so helpful and friendly nothing is never too much trouble. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. 5 stars from me.

Ordered Ham, Egg and Chips. Noticed the ham was green so took it back to the kitchen, only to be handed the plate back twice (second time by the owner) to be told "it's the fat marbling", the ham had been freshly cut this morning and watched one of the cooks finger through box of ham and say it's all like it. I insisted on a replacement, this was not offered nor was a refund.
Cleanliness needs to be addressed also - brown cobwebs under tables, sticky table tops. One waitress dropped a cloth on the floor and proceeded to pick it up and clean tables with it. The cloth remained unrinsed after wiping
