Chaplins have the most beautiful furniture for your home. In addition they offer the customer a very friendly and professional service.We were looked after by Peter Chaplin whose in depth knowledge helped us choose the right items for our house. We will certainly visit again .

I have placed two furniture orders with Chaplins and in both instances the process has been very smooth and they have provided very good communication throughout, despite all the current challenges we face with COVID. And of course the furniture was of very high quality. I would highly recommend Chaplins.

We bought a table from here this year, the sales person was very knowledgeable, polite, professional and efficient when I placed the order. There was a delay as a result of COVID as the peice was being imported from Italy but the communiation was solid. When it did arrive the sales person (Ali) went above and beyond to get it to me. I geneuinely beleive he cares about his customer and their satification, what an asset. Anyway, a very positive experience, all of the above makes me want to use them again.
