Exceptional experience from the moment I entered the shop. The team could not do enough to ensure I understood the process and my options - I was no expert and they not only answered but encouraged my ‘Noddy’ questions. I wanted bespoke stained glass to complement my partners Irish heritage and they helped designed the perfect combination - they… are so skilled and I could not happier with the finished designs. The quality of workmanship is brilliant and the windows are perfect. The fitter was great too - engaging through the job and tidied up after. A great quality experience

We highly recommend the Classic Door Company. We had our hearts set on a traditional looking door that would compliment the style of our house. The team at the Classic door company were brilliant from our first… meeting, they came up with ideas and really understood the look we were going for. We were hit by the dreaded covid delay but Caron kept me informed of when the door would be ready.
We were shown several drawings of the door before it was manufactured and even invited to see the frame to make sure we still wanted that colour. The fitting was very straightforward and everyone we met

We have had the longest saga with this company and after 9 months we ended up sending the window back! So annoyed and upset. We did 5 drawings of our bespoke ledlite window which they kept getting wrong, finally after both myself and husband drew the design for them, they got it right we signed it off and finally waited the three weeks for it to be… made. Fitting day arrives and a complete disaster, the window design was wrong, they had sent in the wrong design not the one we signed off on and then the actual window was made wrongly that it didn’t fit the door. It was so bad the fitter
