Great communication from the team at DTG, from our initial quote to getting advice on how to best install our tiles. They were understanding when we had to push back the dates due to covid and Dwayne who installed the tiles did an amazing job. He arrived on time and made suggestions on how to lay the tiles, or asked us which wed prefer. Really lovely guy. Thanks Direct Tiling Group you were amazing!

Did not show up for the arranged quotation and insisted that a price by text would be fine so we went ahead anyway seeing that we sent many photos and accuate measurements prior. delayed start date so waited for next avaliable slot. Tiler arrived earlier than arranged on Saturday, briefly looked around the bathroom and said he was going to get tools from his van but never returned. Then half hour later increased price by large amount by text which we reluctantly agreed, but never answered my calls or texts when asked where the tiler is! All very strange and you still havent got back to me?
