While the quality of their products ay be high, I have been waiting two weeks for a key replacement. As a pretty fundamental item, being without one for so long is horrendous (especially in these times where if you are waiting for a partner to come home you have very few options besides waiting on the street). Any key cutter can cut a key in a matter of minutes. Combined with the price charged to replace a key (30) you'd hope they'd do so swiftly and send with next day delivery. Unfortunately that has not been the case. I'm two weeks into waiting with no update yet on when this will be sorted

Excellent products, FLT driver is spot on, one of the best I've had the pleasure to meet. Some great staff, they don't pay that good compared to other companies.
