Elderly lady was incredibly rude to us today - she definitely should not be working in customer service. If I may suggest a career change, she would make a great Sargent major. Will not be back in the future to St John's Plant Centre and unless you want your day ruined, I wouldn't advise you going there either.

Theres a lady who left a review under the name tonytony. She came into the store today and tried giving a young member of staff counterfeit 5 notes to complete her transaction. The well trained member of staff was quick to discover that the notes were not real and alerted other members of staff. The thief made a hasty get away while the manager was called. The thief then threatened staff with a bad review on all internet platforms and left before the manager arrived. Later a post was left on Facebook with the same accusations that was written on here by tonytony the same person. When confronted

Terrible service from the teenager serving on the till, she was rude and stroppy, the elder lady there was no better. They had the personality of a wet lettuce. They really need to take a good long look at the staff as they need getting rid of, theres plenty of people that would do the job with a smile in their face, especially in todays world. They dont have any knowledge of what they are selling. The elder lady sat behind the front desk and looked as if she was chewing on a wasp. Youve lost my business and to be honest I spend hundreds of pounds with you each year, I will be visiting
